The Calgary Ostomy Society prints a quarterly newsletter called Changing Times, and mails or e-mails it to all members of the chapter. Newsletters contain information about upcoming meetings and speakers, helpful tips for ostomates, and other items of local interest.
In an effort to "Go Green," the COS has cut down on printing costs of the newsletter. To further aid this process, if there are any members who would rather receive this newsletter by e-mail rather than in paper form through regular mail, please let your editor know.
At present, we have approximately 80 members who receive their newsletter via e-mail. Let's continue along that path to save paper and cost!
