The Calgary Ostomy Society offers small support groups that meet regularly for:
- Colostomy
- Ileostomy
- Urostomy
- New Ostomates
- SASO (Spouses and Significant Others)

Location
Calgary Ostomy Society Small Support Groups are held at Wellspring Calgary, 1404 Home Road NW, Calgary, Alberta.
Wellspring Calgary provides accommodation for cancer survivors and their supports and have offered us use of their facilities as many COS members have had colorectal cancer.
