Youth Camp
The United Ostomy Association of Canada Youth Camp ran August 15-19, 2011 near Bragg Creek, AB (just outside of Calgary) at Camp Horizon (Easter Seals). Our camp hosts 55 kids between the ages of 9-18 years and is open to ostomates of all types. Acquiring friendships, participating in activities, seeking lessons and support all enhance the camp experience.
Chapters from across Canada sponsor local youth and members in turn donate their time and finances to ensure a successful experience for campers.
